I try not to attack the media too often (I am often reminded of the proverb about hands and biting), but sometimes I just don’t get it.
Let’s summarise for a moment the media response to the recent repeated service failures by large technology companies.
On Telecom: “Oh my god! Heads must roll! Disgraceful! Typical big corporate behaviour! Shame on you!”
On Vodafone: “Meh”.
So why do they hate Telecom so much?
I don’t get it.
