I welcome comments, but I ask commenters to follow a few simple rules:

Doesn't he have to resign? He didn't win an electorate seat, he's a list MP and if he's not on ACT's list, how can he stay in Parliament?
ReplyDeleteDid the anti-party hopping legislation have a built-in expiration date? I think that's why he doesn't have to resign.
