Politicking While Christchurch Still Reels

Never one to miss a golden opportunity, David Farrar has gone on the attack against Jim Anderton, mayoral candidate for Christchurch.

First, by poking fun at Anderton over a comment he never made (see my last post), and then by saying the earthquake showed Christchurch needed a full-time mayor.

Is this really the time to be posting such stuff? I'm not an Anderton supporter, but there's a time and a place for these things.

If Farrar wants to have a go at someone or something relating to the earthquake, why not some of the hysterical media coverage? But then that would be biting the hand that feeds...

  1. Agree, that sort of attack/comment is just disgusting. Cameron Slater also made the same comment.
