Self-described real estate "king" Don Ha will sell his property and business advice in a series of seminars starting next week - despite receivers taking control of his property company.This is an unexpected move by Mr Ha. He’s clearly bored of real estate and disillusioned with his business failure, and has decided to explore a different career path.
The "Millionaire Secret Recipe" seminars were advertised in a Sunday newspaper and urged people to "commit to your success" by purchasing a $29.95 ticket to one of three events.
I don’t know if the show will be any good, though. And $29.95 seems quite steep for such a raw up-and-coming comedian.

ReplyDeleteHa used to charge over $150 buckaroos for such enlightenment and used a stepladder as we thought - as a prop until we witnessed he needed it to stand on - as his stature is not as big as his rep!
ReplyDeleteI have used Don Ha on 2 occassions to sell properties, I found him to be by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. We were able to negotiate the sale commission payable far more amicably than anyother agent we have used.
