- That's not what I'm hearing when I'm out and about talking to ordinary people.
- Something or other about how fixed phonelines skew the results.
- While the last few polls have show a downward trend, the long-term trend is positive. If you ignore all the data since about 2007, which has basically just been noise, you can see that Labour is dong okay.
- Pollsters are fraudsters anyway. They are all in the pockets of big business, and they hate the left.
- I always follow my gut instincts. These polls don't feel right.
- There's something wrong with their polling methodology. I haven't uncovered it yet, but I will!
- There's only one poll that matters.
- Well the public are stupid, but they'll wake up soon, once they see how evil John Key and his government are.
- David Shearer's popularity as preferred PM has risen slightly! A great result!
- What polls? Not listening!

4. I don't often exercise the heavy hand of censorship, but I do reserve the right to delete any comment I don't like, for any reason.

2 observations.
ReplyDelete1. It's hard to take much out of these polls, since Roy Morgan admitted that they were taken before the reshuffle was announced. All it really did was confirm that a serious rejig was needed. The difference between the Labour-Green bloc and National isn't that particularly great either. I'm guessing that was reflected in the Reid and C-B polls prior to this one.
2. There doesn't seem to be any real mention of it in the mainstream press. I don't see any mention of it (in terms of headlines) at the Herald website, Stuff or either of 3News or One News. It looks like it's pretty much being buried or ignored.
11. Much like blogs I don't read polls.
